We have said it a lot but we love small sided games when delivering coaching sessions! This one is no different. The constraint of the defender blocking forward paths mean that teams have to switch the point of attack quickly and with quality in order to exploit the weak side. This is what makes this session so much fun for players and so easy for coaches to just concentrate of delivering the information.
