Not all football coaching sessions have to be competitive with opposition. Time limits or races through football exercises can be just as competitive. This session can be developed into races but the simple idea is to build muscle memory for the bodies movements when passing and receiving. This football coaching session prioritises repetition over realism and can be used as a regular warm up or introduction into a team sessions.
