This fun coaching session is a great way to develop players and teams ability to switch the point of attack. Using 6 goals across 3 lanes gives plenty of scoring options for teams. That makes the coaching session competitive and high intensity whilst working on their ability to scan and recognise where the space is to attack the opposition and then then execute with good techniques.
